Civil War Reenactors |
Every summer several Civil War reenactments take place around the country. This is the one in a series of drawings based on Bill's research of these events as an embedded reporter artist.
< Rod Collins of San Rafael, California is a Sergeant Major Emeritus. He stands over 6 feet tall, his long hair and beard white from age. He tows an oxygen tank to help his breathing.
